For Your Protection

Weapons, illegal drugs and other items that could interfere with the safe operation of the Mauiva AirCruise or the safety and security of our guests and crew are prohibited.
Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives, dangerous chemicals and other similar items will be confiscated.
 
Denial of boarding, without right of refund, will occur if a guest is perceived as:

• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to or upon boarding
• Exhibiting abusive or disruptive behavior
• Engaging in illegal activity of any kind
